Is buying from your site safe?

Our transactions are handled by the security of PayPal. No account necessary just purchase as a guest. 100% risk free for you. We have the right to charge your credit card and or ask for snapshot showing your statement to confirm access to the account, we also maintain the right to ask for a photo ID, or a credit card payment authorization form, failure here will result in a futile order and monies minus our fee returned to the account of origin.

Are your parcels discrete?

Yes, all our parcels are in plain packaging.

Personal & Sensitive information ?

Requirements: your name age & surname to verify receiving your parcel. A valid email address so we can furnish you with a tracking number. A valid phone number for delivery purposes. Please note if you are paying via a credit card, the name on the card must match the name on the purchase, otherwise we have the right too debit the credit card provided and retain the parcel until we are able to verify - receive a photo ID & authorization form.

Will you ship to me?

We ship items domestically and internationally. (Should for any reason your order be scrutinized by customs, any duties or recovery remains the responsibility of the purchaser)

Do your prices include GST/VAT?

Our items are inclusive of GST or Vat.

What day will i receive my item?

Sadly, we can't give an exact delivery date but you will receive a tracking number, so you can trace the progress of your item online. 
Dispatch is generally within 24hours of payment. Should your tracking number reflect pending it can take sometime to populate.

My order is incomplete?

Orders are shipped individually where possible ( note provided tracking numbers )

My order was damaged during transport?

Your order arrive at your door in perfect condition. You need to check that all items are in good condition before accepting the goods. If your item is damaged or is not what you ordered you have a 48 hour period to contact us to arrange a return. The item must be returned in an unused condition. Only valid claims will be considered. A claim for a damaged item usually takes 5 business days. If we accept the claim, a replacement item or store certificate will be issued.

Ive forgotten my password?

Go to the Log In page and select the "Forgot Password" link located in log-in box. Complete the steps in the pop-up box. We will forward a reset your password link (please check your spam folder). Follow the link and enter your new password in the next pop-up box. and your done!

Order cancellation?

Cancellation can be achieved if your order has not been scheduled for dispatch & will be subject to a 15% 0r minimum $20 admin fee. If your frequently asked question is not listed here please make contact with us for clarification.
